Congratulations to Stephen Troyanovich for winning ESS’ Regional Employee of the Year award! Since January 2017, Steve has been working hard as a support paraprofessional at Northern Burlington County Regional High School in New Jersey. He goes above and beyond every day to help the school district by filling in last-minute to work in any classroom with any student, traveling outside of the district to work with one of their out-of-district students, and working the Extended School Year program over the summer. He even had perfect attendance for the 2016/2017 school year!
Last Thursday, ESS had the pleasure of sponsoring the Bellmawr Public School District's Year-End Staff Appreciation Luncheon. ESS Regional Manager Mark Gallo took part in the festivities and had a great time. The fun-filled event featured a teacher cook-off with prizes awarded for the most popular culinary creations.
We had to share this amazing thank you note from a very thoughtful elementary school student from the Derry Township School District (one of our partners in PA). Students were asked to write a thank you note to a teacher as part of a display for the school's annual "Young Learners Night." This student decided to thank her substitutes.
On Thursday, May 24th, Doug Snyder (Regional Vice President of ESS) presented three Long County High School seniors with $1,500.00 in scholarships at their school's senior banquet. The scholarship recipients were chosen by the district based on their exceptional academic performance. Congratulations to Amira Kuhaneck, Alex Maldonado, and Shelby Logan, and keep up the great work as you continue your education!
